Your non-refundable Application Fee ($50) is not included in your vending fee. Pre-Applications are submitted on this page, followed by an email with a link to the full form to confirm your participation.  Please indicate the space(s) you are requesting next along with the type of organization or business that most closely matches your group’s description. For non-food booths absolutely, no sampling of water or food is allowed – unless authorized in advance by vendor committee chair. You will need to arrange for tents, tables and chairs on your own. The 2026 Southern Colorado Juneteenth Festival is taking vendors for one of the biggest celebration of inclusion at The Norris Penrose Indoor Event Center in Colorado Springs.

 

Our mission to bring together people from every background and community for a time of celebration, music and family fun.

 

Please fill out the following form and include. The $50 non-refundable fee is required with your completed pre-application info below, to have your vendor application reviewed. Once accepted, you will be sent an email with a link to the the full vendor application to confirm your vending participation for the Southern Colorado Juneteenth Festival, followed by a secure invoice to confirm your vending participation.
